If you know how to write HTML (HyperText Markup Language) the things are easier: you can go right ahead and create new pages by pressing the "Create new file" button or edit the existing pages by pressing the "Edit file" button. If you do not know how to write HTML there are several alternatives. A lot of sites offers tutorials on how to write HTML. A good one is HTML Goodies
You can also create your webpages using a program like FrontPage and upload them to the host server using a file uploader of your own or provided by your host
