Born: August 28, 1951, Timisoara. Son of Teodor and Paraschiva (b. Ilea) Married
to Aura (1972). Two daughters: Mihaela and Teodora- Nicoleta

- Director-founder of the revue Luceafarul romanesc (The Romanian
Morning Star), published in Montreal since 1990
- Chief Editor of the yearbook ARA Journal, published by the
Romanian-American Academy of Sciences and Arts (since July
2000)

- Founder of the Department "Periodicals" at the Library of the
